Volumes 1 through 15 were issued in foolscap format (300 x 200mm). Volume 16 introduced a new size (10 x 8-inches) and a green, heavier-stock cover. The size changed in 1968 (volume 27) to 230 x 165mm, with a gray cover. In 1975, the cover colour changed back to green. With volume 45 (1986), a yellow cover was used, and for the first time each issue had a cover photograph. Since 1994 (volume 53) a white gloss cover with cover photograph has been the standard.
