Observing solar system bodies

The beautiful variety of objects in our solar system count amongst the favourite targets for the observer. The ASSA Shallow Sky Section coordinates efforts in this regard.
Observing guides are available for artificial satellites, Sun, Moon, planets, comets, meteors, asteroids, and occultations.

Several Sections exist to coordinate observing these objects and to provide further guidance.
